PRODUCT SHIPPING
All in stock products are shipped within 3 business days of order placement. This does not include weekends of holidays. We will email you if any shipping delay is expected. All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 5 day service nationwide. We are located in NJ. Delivery confirmation will be added to all orders.

USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 day service nationwide. You must sign for packages deviered via Express Mail.

PRODUCT RETURNS
DC Inc., ships all products according to the information supplied by the customer. DC Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.

All products purchased are final sales unless explicity specified and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.

DC Inc will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. DC Inc quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify DC Inc of any problems with 48 hours. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
All products shipped by DC Inc are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. DC Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24 hours after order placement will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.


SHIPPING DELAYS
DC Inc. is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. DC Inc will make every effort to reckify the situation where feasible.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. DC Inc is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED
INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, DC Inc will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
